Sarah B. Dupont is an Associate Attorney at Babineaux, Poché, Anthony & Slavich, L.L.C. Sarah’s primary area of practice is intellectual property law. She also practices in the areas of commercial litigation, trade secret litigation and non-competition litigation.
Sarah received her B.S. Degree in Biomedical Sciences, magna cum laude, from Auburn University in 2009 and her Juris Doctor Degree, summa cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law in 2013, where she was Casenote/Comment Editor of the Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.

Sarah, a Registered Patent Attorney since 2014, has a broad intellectual property law practice and has been involved in the prosecution of numerous patents, involving a wide range of technologies. Sarah has also successfully prosecuted a number of applications for both state and federal trademark registration.
Sarah's practice also includes litigation of patent infringement claims, trade secret enforcement actions and claims involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, with a focus on electronic discovery and computer forensic inspections and research. Sarah also assists in civil litigation, insurance defense litigation and employment practices defense litigation.
